Oracle HCM Cloud Permanent | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) | West London (Hounslow / Heathrow Area)

Are you an experienced Oracle Architect with a passion for driving cloud transformation? We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our client based near Heathrow Airport. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in West London (Hounslow) 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver to-be business and integration architectures using established architectural decision record processes.
  • Lead the design of integration and data architecture strategies across Oracle HCM Cloud and other vendor platforms.
  • Provide architectural oversight to engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment to design principles.
  • Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors (including offshore partners) to drive integration and system performance.
  • Review code and technical design artefacts as needed to ensure adherence to modern software design principles.
  • Resolve architectural challenges in complex HRIS environments in partnership with business and technology teams.
  • Influence technical and business stakeholders, securing buy-in for solution decisions and long-term architecture roadmaps.
