If you’re screaming “YES!” at your screen, then we are looking for you! About the role: Elwood Recruitment are recruiting for Support Workers in Barnet. You will work in Supported Living Services which provide 24 hour care and support to adults with learning disabilities. The role involves providing day to day support with daily living tasks, activities and making full use of community opportunities. As part of the care and support team you will assist in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to those living within the service. Successful applicants will be: * Assisting with shopping * Doing arts and crafts * Attending day services * Music, sing along or disco’s * Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include – but not be limited to – finances, cooking & personal care) You’ll also benefit from: · Paid Annual Leave · Statutory Sick Leave After Qualifying Period · Pension Contributions · FREE Training Development · Monthly Recognition Awards Typical Shift Schedules / Patterns: On offer we have flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, giving you full control of when you would like to work.
