Position: Senior Sales Manager – Maritime & Offshore Solutions

Location: Redhill, Surrey (Hybrid – 2 Days Office, Extensive Travel Required)

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development across the UK, USA, and other strategic markets. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering holistic product and service solutions within the Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors, with a strong emphasis on maritime NAVCOM technologies and smart service plans.

The position requires a highly driven and commercially astute sales professional with proven experience in building client relationships, managing teams, and navigating complex maritime sales cycles. You will manage two direct reports (one UK-based, one Netherlands-based) and be a key liaison between sales, service delivery, and senior management.

Maritime Communications, NAVCOM, Oil & Gas, Offshore Technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales of hardware, airtime, and smart services across new and existing accounts.
  • Promote full product portfolio across key maritime, offshore, and energy customers.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Technical Services to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Provide tailored sales support to priority clients, ensuring exceptional service and client loyalty.
  • Create and maintain key account plans, sales forecasts, and commercial proposals.
  • Manage and update CRM/sales databases with leads and opportunity tracking.
  • Present solutions effectively to both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Lead and support sales-related activities including exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Must be eligible to obtain and retain UK SC Security Clearance
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-first mindset
  • Proven success in maritime NAVCOM sales or similar technology-led solution sales
  • Strong end-user exposure in maritime/offshore environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
  • Comfortable presenting to engineering teams and C-level stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside traditional hours when required

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the company\’s product portfolio or similar NAVCOM platforms
  • Experience coordinating international sales and supporting service delivery teams
