We are supporting a leading international EHS & sustainability consultancy in expanding its UK Project Services capability.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base, from single-site organisations to complex, multi-national environments, delivering high-impact health, safety and environmental solutions within commercially driven settings.

  • Deliver end-to-end EHS consultancy projects across multiple sectors
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially aligned solutions to improve client EHS performance
  • Support both long-term programmes (12+ months) and short-term advisory engagements
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across multi-site environments
  • Support the implementation of EHS management systems and frameworks
  • Translate regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions
  • Collaborate within project teams to ensure efficient delivery

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience within EHS, ideally in a consultancy or professional services environment
  • Proven experience improving EHS performance within organisations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Graduate IOSH / MIIRSM (or working towards Chartered status)
  • Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation across multi-site environments
  • Risk assessments
  • Fire risk assessments
  • Exposure to commercially driven, target-based environments
