We are seeking a mid-level EHS Consultant to support a growing portfolio of corporate clients operating from multiple sites across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, proactive and thrives in a consultancy setting. You'll be delivering practical environmental, health, and safety solutions with a focus on quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EHS consultancy services to predominantly corporate businesses
- Conduct site assessments, audits, and risk reviews
- Develop and implement EHS policies and management systems
- Ensure ongoing compliance with UK legislation and client-specific requirements
- Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks
- Deliver tailored training and awareness sessions
- Advise clients on best practices and continuous improvement strategies
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in EHS consultancy or a relevant in-house advisory role
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE and environmental regulations
- Experience with corporate or commercial environments
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Qualifications:
- Practitioner Membership of IEMA – Mandatory
- TechIOSH or working towards – Preferred
- Degree or professional certification in Environmental Management, Health & Safety, or related field
