- Proven Commercial Lending Expertise: Candidates must have hands-on experience in structuring and delivering business lending solutions, such as asset finance, working capital loans, or invoice financing, rather than residential or property-focused lending.
- Experience Sourcing Deals Independently: Ideal candidates have a track record of independently sourcing and closing business finance deals for SMEs.
- Strong Lender Network: Preference for candidates with established relationships in the commercial finance market.
- Relevant Work History: Candidates from commercial brokering, corporate banking, or business finance consulting backgrounds are strongly preferred.
