Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Consultant Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Consultancy Location: Home-based but with London & South East coverage, with occasional international travel We are supporting a leading international EHS & sustainability consultancy in expanding its UK Project Services capability. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base, from single-site organisations to complex, multi-national environments, delivering high-impact health, safety and environmental solutions within commercially driven settings. Deliver end-to-end EHS consultancy projects across multiple sectors Provide pragmatic, commercially aligned solutions to improve client EHS performance Support both long-term programmes (12+ months) and short-term advisory engagements Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across multi-site environments Support the implementation of EHS management systems and frameworks Translate regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions Collaborate within project teams to ensure efficient delivery 4+ years’ experience within EHS, ideally in a consultancy or professional services environment ~ Proven experience improving EHS performance within organisations ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities ~ Full UK driving licence Graduate IOSH / MIIRSM (or working towards Chartered status) Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation across multi-site environments Risk assessments Fire risk assessments Exposure to commercially driven, target-based environments Flexible, home-based working model UK & Ireland project exposure with occasional international work Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Travel expenses covered Pension & life assurance Flexible benefits (including additional holidays & private healthcare) Ongoing professional development and training Access to wellbeing and financial support services This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing, internationally active consultancy operating at the forefront of EHS and sustainability, offering genuine exposure to complex programmes, senior stakeholders, and long-term career progression.
