Role Overview
They are looking for a charismatic, self-motivated Advertising Sales Manager to sell on-air and digital advertising packages to local and regional businesses. You will be the face of the client in the commercial world — identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and helping businesses connect with our loyal audience.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, contact, and pitch to local businesses across Lancashire
- Sell advertising airtime, sponsorships, and digital media packages
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Create tailored advertising proposals to meet client objectives
- Work closely with the production team to bring client campaigns to life
- Hit monthly revenue goals (with plenty of earning potential)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in media or radio sales
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge of the Lancashire business community is an advantage
