Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Data / Business Analyst to design, build, and deliver high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. This is a practical role focused on end-to-end delivery, not just requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deliver Power BI dashboards end-to-end (data ingestion to visualisation)
  • Work with Microsoft Fabric (data models, pipelines, semantic layers)
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable data insights
  • Design and optimise data models for performance and usability
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements
  • Deliver at pace in a pragmatic, outcome-focused manner

Required Experience:

  • Strong background in data analysis and business analysis
  • Proven hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
  • Experience in cloud or technology-driven organisations
  • Exposure to operational or mission-critical reporting environments
