- You have a proven track record in SME commercial finance (structuring debt and equity deals).
- You’re comfortable being self-employed with an uncapped commission model.
- You have a lender network and/or proven ability to originate your own deals.
- You can manage the full customer journey from enquiry to funding.
- You have successfully billed £100k+ in commission or closed multiple six-figure deals.
- You can work across multiple finance products, not just regulated mortgages.

- Your experience is mainly in regulated residential mortgages with little or no commercial exposure.
- You’ve never independently sourced and structured SME funding deals.
