Overview
Elvie is seeking a creative and passionate International Marketing Lead to drive a fast-paced, strategic integrated marketing program. You will own the development and delivery of the integrated marketing strategy for international markets, leading the UK plan and supporting distributor partners across Europe. You will guide a team of channel experts across retail, PR, influencers and paid social to support channel strategies, set the strategic framework for campaigns, oversee local brand guardianship, allocate budgets efficiently, and accelerate brand awareness and commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the development, execution and analysis of the integrated marketing strategy for international markets across brand campaigns, new product launches and commercially seasonal moments.
- Collaborate with internal marketing channel experts to develop campaign strategies (retail, digital, PR, influencers, etc.) that support business objectives.
- Fully own the integrated marketing strategy for the UK, across the full funnel, while supporting international distributor markets with campaign planning, best practices and insights.
- Continuously optimize spend to improve ROI and learnings.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Build, manage and optimise the full international integrated marketing budget; allocate investments across channels and initiatives to align with brand goals and maximize impact.
- Deliver against P&L goals and objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact between global and local teams to guide messaging, creative assets and media strategies based on local market needs.
- Conduct routine business analysis including monthly reviews and consumer/competitor insights to inform strategy.
- Lead development of local creative briefs and contribute to Global messaging frameworks and content planning.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in an integrated marketing role.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and creativity.
- Experience in an EU role with understanding of local nuances.
