As a Property Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for overseeing the effective management, marketing, and letting of a diverse property portfolio. Main duties will include:
- Respond to property enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants, and negotiate tenancy terms to successfully let properties within the portfolio.
- Prepare and manage all tenancy-related documentation, including legal agreements and ASTs.
- Collaborate with landlords to ensure their properties are managed professionally and efficiently.
- Address and resolve tenant queries, providing ongoing support throughout their tenancy.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Carry out property inspections in accordance with tenancy obligations and company standards.
- Partner with the marketing team to deliver campaigns across multiple channels aimed at promoting and letting available properties.
- Undertake any additional tasks as reasonably required.
Skills and Experience:
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Target-driven mindset with the determination to exceed expectations.
