Elvet Recruitment are partnering with a well-established Commercial building Contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team to deliver a £75m project in the region. Although firmly established in the region, this is an excellent time to join the business as they embark on the next phase of their expansion. If you're looking for progression, there are a wealth of exciting projects secured and plenty of opportunities for personal development.
Main duties will include:
- Oversee the whole project ensuring the project is running smoothly and on schedule
- Manage all staff and subcontractors
- Ensuring the quality of work is completed to the highest of standards following the job specification, managing and reporting any issues or setbacks
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Experience of working within a Project Manager role or as a Senior Site Manager looking to progress into a PM role
- New build experience is preferred and refurb experience would be beneficial however not essential
- Experience working on sites which may have logistical restraints would be advantageous
- Be able to motivate and manage a successful site team
- Hold a CSCS Site Manager card and a relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership
