Our client is seeking Sales Executives (part-time and flexible working options available) to join their supportive and ambitious sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for self-starters who are happy to manage their own time, workload, and KPIs, while enjoying a relaxed, positive environment where everyone wants to succeed and support each other.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing sales enquiries from initial contact through to legal completion
  • Maintaining the CRM Sales and Prospect workbench accurately
  • Proactively generating sales through Helping Hands and Part Exchange processes
  • Preparing and submitting reports as required
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with customers to ensure a 5-star buying experience
  • Supporting overall sales targets while managing your own schedule

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within new build homes or property sales
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing your own time and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine desire to help customers find their perfect home
  • Full driving licence and access to your own transport
  • Travel may be required across multiple sites within the North East region
