What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide hands-on leadership to the branch team, encouraging collaboration and maintaining high standards
* Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, supporting the team in delivering results from instruction to completion
* Conduct market appraisals using local insight and property expertise to win new business
* Support sales performance through effective lead generation, negotiation, and pipeline management
* Build lasting relationships with clients, offering guidance throughout their property journey

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in estate agency, ideally with previous management or team leadership responsibility
* NAEA Qualification is preferred, however we would consider applicants who are willing to complete the qualification within 6 months
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in making decisions, managing priorities, and solving problems proactively
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Knowledge of the local area and a genuine interest in property

* Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:30pm
* Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
* Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am–1:00pm (with time off in lieu)
