Sales Negotiator in North East

What You’ll Be Doing * Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements * Arranging and conducting property viewings * Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales * Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients * Generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the branch * Following up with applicants, vendors and prospective buyers to maintain engagement * Managing enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face * Keeping property listings, applicant records and CRM systems accurate and up to date * Supporting properties through the sales process and liaising with relevant parties * Developing knowledge of the local property market and identifying opportunities to win new instructions * Delivering excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling journey * Contributing to the successful launch and ongoing growth of the new branch What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in estate agency, property sales or a customer-facing sales role would be advantageous * A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills * A proactive, commercially minded approach with the motivation to generate business * A personable and professional manner when dealing with buyers, sellers and prospective clients * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities * Confidence using computers, email and CRM systems * A genuine interest in property and a desire to develop within the industry * A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential The Details * Location: County Durham * Salary: Base salary DOE + Comms * Driving Licence: Essential This is a fantastic opportunity to join an up-and-coming estate agency at an exciting stage of its growth, helping establish its first high-street branch and building a successful career within the property industry.
