This role is perfect for a Contracts Manager who wants to bring their experience into a business that’s scaling, investing and genuinely values strong operational leadership. You’ll oversee construction activity across a portfolio of developments, support site teams, and help refine processes as the business grows. You’ll work closely with commercial, technical and customer teams, influencing how the organisation delivers quality homes and how it evolves over the next few years.
