Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Civil Sub-Agent on behalf of a tier 1 civil engineering contractor to work on a flagship regional infrastructure project near Leeds. One of the largest names in UK infrastructure with industry-leading training schemes and unmatched career opportunities on offer. A strong regional business unit in Yorkshire which has a consistent track-record for interesting, multi-million £ projects.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to works methodologies
  • Produce and updating site documentation
  • Co-ordinate of site engineering & sub-contractors
  • STATS / utilities coordination
  • Contribute to programme development
  • Support setting out control
  • Work with QS for forecasts and value reviews
  • Assist Site Agent and Project Manager

Experience required:

  • Must have experience working as Section Engineer or Sub-Agent on civil engineering projects: highways & structures etc.
  • Must have experience working as main contractor on projects £10m+
  • Industry related qualification is beneficial (HNC/HND or Degree)
  • Must hold: CSCS, SSSTS / SMSTS, TWC / TWS and full UK driving license

Remuneration: A salary of up to £60,000 (dependant upon experience) plus: Company vehicle or allowance, generous annual leave, pension, fuel, healthcare plan and much more!
