Elvet Recruitment are currently on the lookout for an experienced HSE Advisor in the North East to work for a leading Civil Engineering business. The company operates in a variety of different sectors, however the main focus will be on Civils and Groundworks. Within the role you will be expected to carry out the following duties: * Produce Safe Systems of Work, as well as Risk Assessments and Method Statements * Visit various sites and audit the safety systems in place * Support the HSE Manager in implementing new, safe working practices across the sites * Assist/advise with the training requirements for staff on site and organise for the training sessions to be carried out * Training requirements include; Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Asbestos Awareness, CAT
