Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Engineer on behalf of a reputable civil engineering main contractor who\βre delivering a Highways construction project near Harrogate. The Engineer is needed immediately until Christmas to offer assistance with Drainage works on site with a possible extension depending on progress of further phases of work. Responsibilities include: * Setting out & surveying β using relevant kit * QA documentation * Inspection Test Plans * Quality control * Utility location / avoidance if needed * Updating site specific documentation * Management of sub-contractors * Working with AutoCAD to site needs Experience required: * Candidates should have proven experience as Site Engineer on highways & civils projects as PC * Candidates must have experience working on Drainage related projects * Must be strong with both setting out & QA * Must hold: CSCS card and full driving license * HNC / HND or Degree beneficial Remuneration: A rate of up to Β£350 per day (doe). CIS not preferable. Can be paid outside IR-35 providing contractors meet requirements. Elvet Recruitment has a dedicated IR-35 partner who provide checks and can offer IR-35 insurance packages.
