Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Engineer on behalf of a reputable civil engineering sub-contractor who\'re delivering a commercial groundworks & infrastructure package near Spondon. The Engineer is needed immediately for 7-8 months work to offer assistance with this site and another project in the local area. There will be further work if someone fits in well on an ongoing basis across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire etc. Responsibilities include: * Setting out & surveying - using relevant kit * QA documentation * Quality control * Updating site specific documentation * Working with AutoCAD to site needs Experience required: * Candidates should have proven experience as Site Engineer on Civil Engineering / Groundworks projects * Candidates must have experience with Total Station, Leica, CAD & similar * Must hold: CSCS card and full driving license * HNC / HND or Degree beneficial Remuneration: A rate of up to £320 per day (doe). CIS. Can be paid outside IR-35 providing contractors meet requirements. Elvet Recruitment has a dedicated IR-35 partner who provide checks and can offer IR-35 insurance packages if needed.
