Are you a creative and driven Content Creator looking for an opportunity to bring projects, people, and brands to life through engaging digital content? Elvet Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established construction and infrastructure business to recruit a Content Creator based in Teesside. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to take ownership of content creation across a busy and fast-paced business, supporting brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

This hands-on role will involve regularly visiting live construction sites, capturing photography and videography content, producing written content, and supporting the wider marketing function with engaging digital campaigns. You'll work closely with operational teams and play a key role in showcasing projects, company culture, and industry activity through high-quality visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will have a passion for content creation, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Visiting construction sites to capture high-quality photography and videography content
  • Liaising with site teams to coordinate site visits and arrange content opportunities
  • Creating engaging visual and written content for digital platforms
  • Editing video footage and photography for social media, website, and marketing use
  • Uploading, organising, and maintaining digital media assets
  • Writing case studies, social media posts, and website content
  • Creating platform-ready content aligned with brand tone and messaging
  • Scheduling and managing social media posts using Hootsuite
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with content ideas and engagement insights
  • Attending company events, expos, and meetings to capture live content
  • Supporting the production of company literature and promotional materials
  • Representing the business professionally at industry events and across site locations
What We're Looking For
  • Strong creative flair with a passion for visual storytelling and digital content
  • Excellent photography, videography, and written communication skills
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively with operational teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
  • Willingness to travel regularly across live site locations
  • Experience using DSLR cameras and video editing software
  • Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling platforms
  • Drone experience and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is advantageous
  • An interest or background within construction, infrastructure, or the built environment is desirable
Role Information
  • Full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday working hours
  • £26,000 – £28,000 DOE
