Due to increased activity across their developments, they are looking for a professional and adaptable Sales Executive to provide holiday cover and support the existing sales team during peak trading periods. As a Casual Sales Executive, you will play a key role in welcoming prospective buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience from initial enquiry through to reservation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the sales team across developments throughout Northumberland
- Welcoming and engaging with prospective buyers both in person and over the phone
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a high standard of service
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting with the progression of reservations and sales administration
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
- Ensuring sales offices and show homes are presented to a high standard at all times
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
- Providing holiday cover during busy periods between June and September
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within new build property sales, estate agency, retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel between developments
