What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing reception duties, including incoming calls, post, deliveries, and office supplies. * Assisting with the preparation and tracking of engineer job packs and client reports. * Updating documentation, drawings (using Visio), and internal registers to reflect project progress and KPIs. * Coordinating report reviews and issuing final documents to clients. * Supporting day-to-day office operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a tidy workspace. * Attending internal meetings and contributing to team activities. * Adhering to company policies regarding health & safety, equipment care, and quality standards. * Using standard office software and equipment to complete administrative tasks efficiently. * Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: * A proactive and self-motivated individual with a desire to grow within a successful business. * Strong customer service mindset and excellent organisational skills. * Confident using Microsoft Office and working within IT systems and databases. * Consistent professionalism in attendance, appearance, and communication. * A collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and support team objectives.
