What You ll Be Doing:

Managing reception duties, including incoming calls, post, deliveries, and office supplies.

Assisting with the preparation and tracking of engineer job packs and client reports.

Updating documentation, drawings (using Visio), and internal registers to reflect project progress and KPIs.

Coordinating report reviews and issuing final documents to clients.

Supporting day-to-day office operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Attending internal meetings and contributing to team activities.

Adhering to company policies regarding health & safety, equipment care, and quality standards.

Using standard office software and equipment to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.
