Typical schemes range from 250k refurbishments through to 3m 5m new build and extension projects, combining elements of civils, steelwork, fit out and building services. This role suits a driven, organised Project Manager who can take ownership, maintain strong client relationships, and lead site teams to deliver safe, high quality and commercially successful outcomes. The Role You will manage projects from pre construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial targets are achieved. Working closely with directors, commercial teams and site managers, you will coordinate design information, procurement, subcontractors and client communication.
