Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Site Manager to join a leading Main Construction Contractor in the North East. The contractor delivers projects across commercial, industrial, education, leisure, healthcare and more.
Duties Include:
- Managing and overseeing the daily site operations.
- Monitoring site timelines and managing the budgets/resources.
- Promoting a high quality culture, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Liaising with the Project and Contracts Manager, reporting any changes to schedule and planning future work activities.
- Leading and motivating the site teams to ensure that all works are carried out on time.
- Completing daily site diaries.
Experience Required:
- Must have experience working as Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
- SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works, First Aid.
- Experience delivering schemes over £5 million.
Nice to have:
- Degree qualified or HNC/HND qualified.
Remuneration:
The client is offering a salary up to £58,000 (depending on experience) + package for the right candidate.
