An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is required to join one of the most respected main contractors in the North East. The company works across a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial & Leisure on projects up to £20m. They are financially secure with turnover consistently around the £60m mark and have already secured their turnover target for 2026. They have an enviable reputation for staff retention with their average employee being in place for 10 years.

Requirements
- Be a confident and reliable Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Degree qualified or ONC/HND qualified with 2/3 years’ experience
