We are a UK-based training provider delivering apprenticeship programmes, including AI & Automation and Dental Nursing. We have an existing sales setup: Outreach team for employer engagement.

We are now looking for a hands-on Sales Lead (player-coach) to take ownership of performance, improve conversions, and help drive growth.

The Role

This is a part-time / flexible role suited to someone who can both close deals and lead a small team.

  • Close high-quality leads for our AI & Automation programme
  • Improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Review sales calls and provide direct, practical feedback
  • Identify underperformance and act quickly
  • Support setters in improving booking quality and show-up rates
  • Bring structure, accountability, and urgency to the team

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing or leading a small sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics
  • Hands-on, results-driven approach (not just strategy)
  • Strong communication skills suitable for UK clients
  • Ideally experience in training, education, or apprenticeships

Compensation

Flexible structure. Commission-heavy depending on experience. This role is best suited to someone confident in delivering results and comfortable with performance-based earnings.
