Elvance is a fast-growing Salesforce-native platform built to modernise the PreSales function, helping Technical Sales teams enhance their operations and replicate success. This role sits at the heart of our customer operations, supporting implementations, guiding users, solving problems, and feeding insight back into product development. You’ll work across many areas of the customer experience and become a key voice in how the platform evolves. You’ll be joining a start-up environment with plenty of opportunity, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and feels confident operating across multiple areas of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Work with customers through onboarding, configuration, testing, and rollout of Elvance, setting up for maximum product value.
- Support customers day to day, offering agile help across troubleshooting, configuration, and best practices.
- Run customer meetings, demos, training sessions, and success reviews.
- Help customers understand and apply AI outputs and features in their workflows.
- Identify upsell opportunities, with commission earned on all sales you influence.
- Use leading AI solutions to produce documentation, guides, videos and repeatable processes for customer teams.
- Work closely with Marketing and other teams to drive business operations forward.
- Share insights with product and engineering to help shape the platform’s direction.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM with the ability to configure and administer it confidently.
- Willingness to develop Salesforce skills continuously.
- Salesforce or general development experience (Javascript, HTML, Apex) is a bonus.
- Clear communicator who can build trusted customer relationships.
- Strong home working setup: reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a capable laptop.
- Able to manage your own tasks and workload, take initiative, and move work forward without waiting for instruction.
- Flexible to occasionally work outside standard 9-5 hours when customer needs require it.
- UK based. London or East of England proximity is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £35k-£45k
- Commission earned on all upsell sales
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Remote-first working
- Part-time options available (minimum 20 hours per week)

- Structured training and shadowing period before handling customers independently
