Elutions, a premier enterprise AI company, delivers transformative financial benefits to our client base utilizing our proprietary AI ecosystem, Maestro. The platform’s AI pipeline automates the understanding of our client’s domain, the identification of operational anomalies within their processes, the prescription of a root cause analysis for said anomalies, and the issuance of the corrective/remedial actions in real‑time required to optimize said processes and track the financial improvement of their operations to provide a fully optimized, autonomous environment for our clients. Maestro AI is industry agnostic, with a current focus on large industrial companies within the oil & gas, chemical manufacturing, utility, and logistics verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the existing AI pipeline (neural network, machine learning, LLM, etc.) to expand its capabilities, enable reliable knowledge retrieval & reasoning, and incorporate state‑of‑the‑art technologies to further automate tasks and improve overall operational performance.
- Focus on machine learning and large language model disciplines as a core requirement.
- Design and implement robust models within the Maestro AI pipeline, experimenting with new approaches to support performance and KPI optimisation.
- Design and implement agent‑based workflows to support KPI analysis, performance monitoring, and multi‑step analytical reasoning across data and models.
- Build and iterate on efficient, maintainable prototypes, rigorously evaluate model performance from both statistical and business perspectives, and deploy scalable solutions to the production environment.
- Collaborate closely with in‑house Domain Engineers to solve industrial/business problems using the Maestro AI pipeline.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with preferably 1–3 years of experience developing AI or machine‑learning algorithms or technologies; newly graduated candidates are also welcomed.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands‑on experience using deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with MLOps workflows supporting the full lifecycle from model development to deployment in production environments.
- Experience in data science with machine‑learning algorithms and applying them in line with industry best practices.
- Experience building or working with large language model (LLM) applications, including retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems, with proficiency in LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Elutions Interview Process
- Introduction – Candidates interview with Department Leadership and AI Engineering team members to assess cultural fit within Elutions and the AI Engineering Team.
- Technical Assessment – AI Engineering leadership administers an in‑person or virtual technical test to assess requisite technical knowledge and skills.
- Optional Take‑Home Test – If the outcome of the technical assessment is unsatisfactory, a take‑home test may be administered for further evaluation.
- Offer Package Issuance – Following the first two interviews, the candidate will be notified of eligibility and an offer package will be presented for consideration.
