Elutions LTD is a global leader in Enterprise AI & Automation, and we’re looking for a detail‑oriented and dedicated junior finance professional to join our team. In this role, you will support daily financial processing, month‑end reporting, and audit‑ready documentation, while also assisting with production operations, including licensing, inventory, and order fulfilment for our ControlMaestro (SCADA) products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who is eager to grow in a global technological environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily financial processing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready financial and production documentation
  • Assist with software license generation, entitlement tracking, and system logging
  • Support production workflows including configuration, serialization, and quality checks
  • Maintain inventory records for hardware, licensing components, and shipments
  • Coordinate order fulfilment, shipping documentation, and client communication
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High integrity and dedication to accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Literacy in French, German, and/or Italian is a strong plus

Preferred

  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar systems
  • Experience in production, logistics, or order fulfilment
  • Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business
