Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner with one of the most reputable and largest Engineering contractors in Europe. The Senior Planner will join the project team of a large data center project, based in Didcot, England. This is a permanent role and an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader known for well-resourced and structured project delivery, on CV defining large scale projects. There is extensive progression potential within an innovative and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a project or portfolio of projects (regional / sectoral).
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP.
- Reporting to Planning Department.
- Reporting to Business Unit / Project Management.
- Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning.
- Developing and maintaining progress databases.
- Progress reporting.
- Milestone projections, delay / float path analysis.
- Earned Value Management systems.
- Monitoring schedule performance and productivity.
- Auditing progress on site.
- Attending schedule meetings, liaising with client and subcontractors.
- Preparation of tender schedules.
- Preparation of histograms.
- Leading planning meetings.
- Supporting weekly workface planning systems.
- Resource / cash loading of schedules.
- Providing data for reporting.
