Elusav is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Electrical Package Manager within one of Ireland's most reputable and largest Engineering contractors, based in Frankfurt. Our company specializes in managing complex engineering and construction projects for the world's leading corporations. Your role as an Electrical Package Manager is instrumental in driving innovation and success in the engineering and construction industry.

As an Electrical Package Manager, your expertise and leadership play a significant role in our ongoing mission to innovate and succeed in the engineering and construction sector.

  • Management of the Electrical Systems package.
  • Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Electrical project manager and the clients Safety Advisor, including the setup, management, and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
  • Drive a focused Quality Management of Site QA in conjunction with client QA Manager, including setup, management, and close out of file.
  • Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with clients Project manager, consulting Engineer, and Client requirements.
  • Management of all costs associated with your package including:
    • Clients Electrical Team
    • Sub-contractors
    • Material deliveries and goods receipting
    • Plant and Equipment
  • Management of all day-to-day site operations.
  • Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels, ensuring that there is a weekly meeting with sub-contractors.
  • Management of the clients “In Progress” snagging system, ensuring that the supervisors return weekly punch lists where applicable and that all snags are distributed to all Sub-contractors.
  • Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the support of the site project manager and your project team.
  • Issue internal weekly progress report rolled up from project supervisors report and issue external weekly progress report to the project manager, highlighting areas not available, delays, shortage of design, third party hold ups, and percentage complete.
  • Schedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule and track deliveries in particular.

5 years of Project Management experience with a proven track record in coordinating large installation projects. Knowledge of Health & Safety and experience in design and build, with proficiency in both Electrical and Mechanical systems.
