About the Role:
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind a welcoming, polished, and service-led front of house team. From managing the day-to-day concierge and reception services to overseeing team rotas, standards, and performance, you will play a central role in ensuring the estate maintains its reputation for high service standards and resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop a professional front-of-house team, including security and catering.
