Elton Recruitment is recruiting, on behalf of our client, for a Corporate Receptionist. We are looking for candidates who have 4/5-star hotel experience or have worked as a Corporate Receptionist. You will be required to work mostly between the hours of 7:30am - 6:30pm, Mon-Fri on a rotation pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work directly to one of the UK's leading law firms.
Salary: up to £32,500 pa + bonus

Responsibilities:
- Meet & Greet visitors, occupiers and clients by providing a five-star welcome
- Log building faults with the helpdesk
- Ensure that bookings are inputted correctly into the Manhattan Data Craft booking system
- Assist the conference centre assistants with room set-ups as required/manage the online video conferencing diary
- Deal with complaints or queries in a calm and professional manner and escalate when necessary
- Ensure that IT equipment is tested and in good working order prior to and on installation into the conference rooms
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the team
A working knowledge of Manhattan Data Craft is desirable. Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel/Office. Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules Monday to Friday. Experience in a client-facing role involving IT and AV support.
