We\’re recruiting for a prestigious build-to-rent company in Central London, seeking an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-quality residential environment, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, you\’ll provide vital admin and coordination support, particularly around employee documentation, note-taking, onboarding, and payroll knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions
- Accurately minute formal meetings (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances)
- Assist with onboarding, leaver processes, and employee file management
- Support payroll administration and HR system updates (ideally, more pay)
- Maintain HR trackers, records, and reporting
- Support ad hoc HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in an HR or strong admin support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation
- Confident note-taker in sensitive meetings
- Familiarity with payroll or HR systems ( more pay experience desirable)
