Salaried GP Position
- 6-8 sessions: 15-minute, face to face GP appointments
- GP Appointments Smart-triaged by Rapid Health
- Home visits done by PCN-employed Paramedic; repeat prescribing done by local Community Pharmacy; most clinical letters processed automatically by Ortus Health
- £11,500 to £12,500K per session depending upon experience
- Attractive package, to include £500 study budget annually; MDU membership; allocated time for administration; opportunity to pursue clinical interests or teaching; be an integral part of a fantastic dynamic team
- Standard BMA contract including 6 weeks annual and 1-week study leave
Elthorne Park Surgery is a well-established and popular 4-Partner Practice and 4 Salaried Doctors, with a growing list size (currently 9900 patients) in Hanwell, West London. We are looking for a new salaried GP to join our dynamic team to work 6-8 sessions per week to Start in February 2027 to replace a retiring partner. We recognise the challenges of working as a GP in the current climate, and so are willing to offer the right candidate both a competitive salary as well as an attractive package of additional benefits as detailed above.
We are CQC rated \"Good\" with high QOF achievement, and work from excellent, modern, purpose-built premises with ample car parking and excellent transport links including close proximity to the Elizabeth Line at Hanwell Station. We are a SystmOne Practice and have a full complement of friendly nursing and support staff. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality clinical care and like to look after our staff by hosting a fortnightly yoga class in-house.
We have a long tradition of teaching Imperial College Year 3 Medical Undergraduates and have recently been approved as a GP Training Practice.
We are part of South-Central Ealing PCN, a small and well-established PCN which is now incorporated and employs a range of additional role staff including a Social Prescriber and Care Coordinator, a team of Clinical Pharmacists, a First Contact Physiotherapist, a Mental Health Worker, a Home-Visiting Paramedic and a GP Assistant.
The ideal candidate needs to be committed to delivering high-quality care and have strong attention to detail. Desirable skills include an enthusiasm for teaching and women's health.
