We are seeking to appoint a temporary Safeguarding and Wellbeing Lead covering for a post holder on maternity leave, working as part of our strong Safeguarding and Pastoral team to support students in KS3, 4 and 5. The successful candidate will help safeguard students by working with professionals inside and outside of school and building relationships with students and their families.

Ofsted visited us in March 2024 and reported that, ‘behaviour is excellent’, ‘pupils work hard and value their education’ and ‘staff are proud to work here and feel supported to develop professionally’. Our aim is to cultivate a community where all students and staff can achieve happiness, excellence and success. Our school and co-educational Sixth Form are hugely oversubscribed but staff are able to request a priority place for their children under our admissions policy.
