We're looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help drive the next chapter of Sylvan Post.
Just a stone's throw from Forest Hill station, Sylvan Post is a busy neighbourhood pub with a loyal customer base, a strong food offer and a brilliant team.
Our kitchen may be small, but it's busy, well organised and at the heart of the business.
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll lead a small kitchen team, maintain high standards, develop your people and deliver consistently great food that keeps customers coming back.

- Head Chef experience in a busy, fresh food kitchen.
- A hands‑on leader who enjoys developing a small team.
- Strong stock, GP and kitchen management.
