We are looking for a new CDP to join our team.
Responsibilities
- As a Chef De Partie, you will have the responsibility for running ‘YOUR’ section on busy shifts.
- You will be trusted to run the kitchen on less busy shifts and will be an integral part of the brigade.
- You will be involved in menu design and daily specials, owning ‘your menu’.
- The main menu will change with the seasons, and specials should show imagination, flair, and personality.
- You will be supported and developed by our Sous & Head Chefs and will train our Commis’ and KP’s.
- We will give you the knowledge to one day be a Head Chef, with regular training days and visits.
