We are a small but fun local pub in the heart of Kennington - Our genuine and friendly service and the selection of beers are the highlights that bring people back to our pub and we want to find someone who really fits in with the pub and the team!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager with excellent communication skills, who loves chatting to customers, helping to build and support the team around them, and understands what makes London pubs such special and unique third spaces to be enjoyed. Key Responsibilities- Assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Leading service and having high standards
- Supporting staff training and performance
- Creating a positive environment for our customers and staff
- At least one year of experience in a supervisor or management role in hospitality
- Strong communication and people management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service
- Able to talk and enjoy customers from every walk of life!
