A busy, vibrant pub, it's known for great food, brilliant events and a packed calendar that keeps customers coming back time after time and we are looking for a new Assistant Manager.

This is a varied role.

Around 70% of your time will be spent helping run the pub day to day.

The other 30% is making sure bookings, functions and social media are driving the business forward.

Christmas will be yours

You'll take the lead on one of the busiest and most important trading periods of the year, owning everything from festive bookings and pre-orders to functions, making sure every event runs brilliantly.

If you love the buzz of December, you'll love this role.

You'll be confident with

  • - Writing rotas and managing labour.
  • - Cellar management, including line cleaning.
  • - Stock ordering and stocktaking.
  • - Training and developing the team.
  • - Managing Collins bookings, functions and pre-orders.
  • - Creating social media content that keeps the venue busy and relevant.
  • - Jumping behind the bar or onto the floor whenever the business needs you.

We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and thrives in a busy pub.

Someone who takes ownership, enjoys the detail and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up when service kicks in.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
