The Lion and Lobster is looking for a new Deputy General Manager to work alongside our General Manager and Team in this wonderful Brighton Icon! We are looking for someone who truly understands a community Pub, is passionate about food and drinks (we are in the top 35 Pubs in the UK for Guinness!) and someone who definitely has an eye for detail. Experience in hospitality at management level is essential for this role.
