Knowles of Norwood is looking for a confident and personable Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great service, and knows their way around a bar. You will be delivering quality drinks, engaging with guests, and helping maintain the high standards expected of a premium neighbourhood pub.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving drinks to company standards
- Delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Supporting stock rotation and basic cellar duties
- Complying with licensing laws, Challenge 25, and H&S standards
- Working as part of a team to keep service smooth and upbeat
Candidate profile:
- Previous bar experience preferred (training available for the right attitude)
- Confident, reliable, and well-presented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working busy shifts, evenings, and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and great guest experience
