Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £17.22 per hour
Contract: Full-time

What you will be doing:
- Work with our managers providing the highest standards of service.
- Maintain all records (including care plans, medication documentation).
- Lead and promote the best clinical practice across the home.
- Ensure relevant legislation and regulation is adhered to at all times.
- Support the Registered Manager with the External Audit process to ensure the service is fully compliant.
- Be fully involved in recruitment and retention.
What you need:
- NVQ Level 3 or above.
- Medication experience.
- Ability to self‑motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
- A caring nature and an intuitive sensitivity to the needs of others.
- Excellent communication skills.
