Elston Hall Learning Trust is looking to recruit an outstanding and inspirational Leader to join our team for the 2026/27 academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across all schools within our Trust, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring every child achieves their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a proven ability to improve outcomes, lead strategic developments, and successfully deliver whole-school improvement initiatives.

This role will require you to

  • Lead the Trust's school improvement strategy and initiatives.
  • Support Headteachers in identifying priorities and developing robust School Improvement Plans.
  • Analyse performance data, national trends and local priorities to drive improvement.
  • Monitor, evaluate and review the impact of school improvement actions.
  • Provide challenge, support and guidance to school leaders.
  • Lead and develop professional learning opportunities across the Trust.
  • Promote excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development.
  • Report on school improvement activity to Trust leaders, including trustees.
