Elston Hall Learning Trust is seeking an outstanding Leader to join our team for the 2026/27 academic year.
This role covers all schools within our Trust and focuses on improving outcomes, leading strategic developments and delivering whole-school improvement initiatives.
You will lead the Trust's school improvement strategy, support Headteachers, analyse performance data and trends, monitor impact, and develop professional learning across the Trust.
