We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting financial performance across our Group companies while contributing to process improvement, business intelligence and strategic decision-making. As a Management Accountant, you will provide high-quality financial and management information that enables informed business decisions across the Group. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts for Group companies.
- Providing financial analysis and reporting to support business performance.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning activities.
- Producing inventory, sales margin and expenditure reporting.
- Developing KPI reporting and business intelligence insights.
- Supporting Heads of Department and Directors with financial decision-making.
- Assisting with year-end processes and external audits.
- Contributing to ERP, reporting and process improvement projects.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments and Group businesses, including international subsidiaries.
- Supporting ongoing improvements to financial systems, controls and reporting accuracy.
We're looking for someone who is analytical, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. You will ideally have:
- Essential
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or actively studying towards qualification.
- Experience in a Management Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant or similar finance role.
- Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working within a group company structure.
- Experience supporting international entities or overseas subsidiaries.
- Experience working in the agricultural or manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
- Power BI or business intelligence reporting experience.
- Experience driving process improvements and system developments.
