Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Junior TechOps Engineer to support internal users, optimise SaaS infrastructure, support our internal adoption of the latest AI tools, and help shape TechOps processes. You will work closely with the TechOps Lead, Operations Team and Infrastructure Team to help us scale our operations and meet new compliance requirements as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Support & Enablement

  • Provide internal user support for SaaS tools, accounts, and Mac devices.
  • Help manage onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and access control.
  • Maintain internal documentation and self-service resources.
  • Support device management and endpoint security.

TechOps & Automation

  • Assist in planning and implementing TechOps processes.
  • Identify and automate manual IT & Operations workflows.
  • Help optimise SaaS tool usage and costs.
  • Support the implementation of monitoring and logging solutions.

Security & Compliance

  • Assist in implementing security and data management controls in line with internal policies.
  • Support risk management processes.
  • Participate in incident management.

Cloud Infrastructure & Support

  • Help maintain and optimise our internal cloud infrastructure.
  • Support remote access solutions and connectivity needs.
  • Troubleshoot SaaS and cloud integration issues.

Process & Documentation

  • Improve and document TechOps workflows.
  • Help establish standard practices for SaaS selection and usage.
  • Collaborate with teams for smooth technology adoption.

Your Experience:

Must-have

  • Experience in IT support, operations or a related area.
  • Comfortable with MacOS administration and SaaS tool support.
  • Basic security and access management knowledge.
  • Interest in, or experience with scripting & automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Cloud platform experience (eg: Google Cloud, AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Endpoint security and compliance knowledge.
  • Previous TechOps experience.
